TJ Morelli
Thomas Joseph (T.J.) Morelli serves as principal, VP operational improvement for Bradley-Morris, Inc. (BMI).
Prior to leading BMI operational improvement, T.J. served as a regional operations manager and candidate recruiter, and was selected to relocate to Austin to launch BMI’s presence there. His advancement eventually led to his post as vice president engineering/management recruitment at BMI.
T.J. began his BMI career after serving in the US Army in the Corps of Engineers. His awards and decorations include the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal and Airborne Badge. His last duty station was at Ft. Hood, Texas, as a battalion maintenance officer. He is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point and was a baseball letter winner there. T.J.’s degree is in Engineering Management.
T.J. is married with three children and lives in Austin, TX.
