Wes Reel
Wes Reel serves as principal, VP operational development, Bradley-Morris, Inc. (BMI).
Prior to leading BMI operational development, Wes served as a candidate recruiter at BMI. He subsequently spearheaded the launch of the Bradley-Morris Enlisted Division and the Sales Division, and has driven their growth to be the standard of the military placement field.
Wes joined Bradley-Morris after a distinguished career as a Navy aviator. During this time, Wes served in Helicopter Antisubmarine Squadron Seven and culminated his career as Admiral's Aide for Helicopter Wings Atlantic. He earned three Navy Commendation Medals (two for heroic action), two Navy Achievement medals and is a veteran of the Gulf War. Wes also holds an FAA Commercial Fixed and Rotary wing license.
While being jointly enrolled at Georgia Tech through his Navy ROTC scholarship, Wes earned a BBA in Finance from Georgia State University. Subsequently, he earned his Master’s degree from Indiana State University and holds the Certified Personnel Consultant designation. He resides with his wife and two children in Marietta, GA.
