2017 was a pivotal year for Bradley-Morris. As an organization, we focused on adjusting and improving what we do best, contingency recruiting.

Part of our internal assessment of our hiring process in 2017, was gathering feedback from the organizations we’re fortunate enough to partner with to create hiring solutions.

We compiled and analyzed this information to create our 2017 TargetHire Client Feedback Report.

What did we learn?

Based on the results of the 2017 report, we’re pleased to see that contingency recruiting or our TargetHire hiring service works for a wide variety of industries, including:

  • Aerospace
  • Business Services
  • Construction/Building Materials
  • Manufacturing
  • Services
  • Transportation
  • Waste/Environmental

In addition, we asked questions regarding our customer service, the quality of candidates and if our clients felt that TargetHire was a good return on investment. We’re proud to see that the process changes we put in place in 2017 resulted favorably with our clients:

  • 96% of clients report favorable ROI
  • 94% of respondents are likely to use TargetHire again
  • 97.3% overall customer service favorability

We appreciate all the time that was spent completing the surveys we used to create this report. We will utilize the feedback we received in 2017 to fuel the continual improvement of the services we provide and the professional relationships we build in 2018.
