Account/Sales Executive

Many officers and NCOs with four year degrees target positions in the civilian sector as account or sales executives. Sales personnel have the highest compensation “upside” of almost any position in Corporate America. These are positions where individual achievement is instantly recognized and rewarded, and they are especially well suited to competitive personalities who like to meet and communicate with people. If you like the idea of your performance (and salary) being directly tied to how high your name appears on the company sales chart, this is the field for you.
