Workplace Diversity Strategy

The military was one of the first diverse workforces, and that tradition continues today. Our armed services have led the way in providing leadership opportunities for minorities, and today’s Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard represent the largest single pool of minority talent available for employers who want to establish or enhance their workplace diversity program. In fact, the military’s recruiting and selection processes are some of the best in the world, and are specifically designed to attract superior minority and female candidates into the service.

How Bradley-Morris can help

Since 1991, Bradley-Morris has been helping employers with workplace diversity strategy and diversity management services through access to this diverse talent pool. In fact, nearly 1/3 of  Bradley-Morris’ tens of thousands of placements have been women or minorities.

Many of our diverse candidates have technical degrees, and more than half have graduated from the military’s rigorous technical certification schools. Our highest-demand minority and female job seekers have graduated from the service academies (West Point, Annapolis, Air Force Academy, etc.) and as such, possess at least a general engineering degree.
