Tim Best, Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Tim is responsible for leading Bradley-Morris to achieve both its near- and long-term performance goals. An experienced Chief Executive Officer, Tim has a demonstrated history of leading private equity backed organizations in the human capital space and has led the company through two acquisitions and subsequent integrations. He has a wealth of Business Development, Operations Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Sales Management experience. Prior to his current role, Tim also served as COO and SVP of Sales for Bradley-Morris.
Tim transitioned to Bradley-Morris from the U.S. Army where he was an AH-6 Special Operations Aviation Pilot in Task Force 160, becoming one of the youngest mission-qualified pilots in unit history.
Tim graduated with a degree in business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He resides in Chesapeake, VA, with his wife and children.
Craig Griffin, Chief Business Development Officer
Prior to leading Bradley-Morris business development, Craig served in a succession of positions of increasing responsibility including candidate recruiter, regional operations manager, vice president and senior vice president of operations. During this time, he was tapped to launch and lead the IT/Telecom division of Bradley-Morris as well as heading the Atlanta officer division.
Craig was recruited to join Bradley-Morris after a distinguished career as an Army aviator with the 101st Airborne Division. During his service, Craig earned the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Airborne Badge and Air Assault Badge, and was qualified to fly the UH-1 Huey, the OH-58 A/C Kiowa and the AH-1 Cobra.
Craig graduated from Furman University with a degree in business. He holds the Certified Personnel Consultant designation and resides with his wife and children in Milton, GA.
Larry Slagel, Chief Operating Officer
Larry was responsible for leading the business development efforts at RecruitMilitary as Senior Vice President of Sales prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer of Bradley-Morris. After joining RecruitMilitary in 2001, he helped lead RecruitMilitary’s Professional Services product line, which included developing recruiters and sales representatives as well as developing their industry leading Veteran Career Fair product line.
Larry graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and served as an Armor officer & Officer Selection Officer (OSO) while in the Marine Corps.
Jake Hutchings, Executive Vice President – Sales
Prior to his role as SVP of Sales, Jake served in a succession of positions of increasing responsibility including BMI Client Partner, Director of CivilianJobs.com, General Manager of CivilianJobs.com, BMI’s subsidiary, and Vice President of Client Services. During his time as a Client Partner, he was responsible for more than 150 placements of military job seekers into civilian careers and was recognized as Rookie of the Year, Top Billing Consultant and Employee of the Year. As the General Manager of CivilanJobs.com, Jake oversaw double digit-growth and received recognition as Branch of the Year by percentage.
Jake spent four years in the United States Army, including a 14-month deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom before joining Bradley-Morris. His last active duty assignment was as a Cavalry Officer in the 3ID division at Fort Stewart, GA. Jake has a BA from Assumption College in Worcester, MA.
Chris Williams, Senior Vice President – Recruiting Operations
Prior to his current role, Chris served in a succession of positions of increasing responsibility including Medical Candidate Recruiter, Officer Candidate Recruiter, Branch Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Director of Staffing, and the General Manager of the Norfolk, Virginia office. Chris assumed leadership of the Norfolk Officer region in 2005 and built that branch into the perennial top billing branch in the company before eventually being promoted into the GM role for the entire office. Chris was recruited to join Bradley-Morris after entering BMI’s program as a transitioning junior military officer. During his time in the U.S. Army, he distinguished himself as a graduate of the Initial Entry Rotary Wing (Aviation) school, Airborne school and Air Assault school.
Chris earned undergraduate degrees in American Legal Studies and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He was also a multiple varsity-letter winner and a member of the dean’s list. Chris resides in Chesapeake, VA with his wife and children.
Michael Arsenault, Senior Vice President – Organizational Development
Prior to this role, Michael served as Recruiter and Regional Operations Manager, Director of Candidate Services, and Vice President of Candidate Services. Having joined Bradley-Morris in 1999, he has over 17 years of experience in recruiting and preparing top military talent for corporate opportunities. He is personally responsible for over 2,100 military officer placements with BMI clients.
Michael transitioned to Bradley-Morris after having served in the U.S. Army where he obtained the rank of Field Artillery, Captain. During his four years of service, he served as Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Fire Direction Officer and Fire Support Officer in 4-42 Field Artillery, 4th Infantry Division in Fort Hood, Texas.
Michael received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. While there, he won the Colonel Brooks Award, was named a Distinguished Military Graduate and graduated with honors. He resides in Kennesaw, Georgia, with his wife and children.
Mike Francomb, Senior Vice President – Technology
Prior to joining Bradley-Morris to lead technology strategy, Mike served in a variety of senior leadership roles at RecruitMilitary. Mike joined RecruitMilitary in its start-up phase in 1998 because of his passion to serve veterans and expand his experience in a start-up environment.
Since joining RecruitMilitary, Mike has held key senior leadership roles in sales, recruiting, business and event operations, marketing, and most recently strategic business development. He has worked with some of the company’s largest clients to develop and deliver strategic military veteran recruiting initiatives and has led the formation of some of the largest partnerships for RecruitMilitary.
Prior to joining RecruitMilitary, Mike pursued an entrepreneurial real estate venture in Orlando, FL. He spent two years there building a business that acquired and redeveloped small commercial and residential real estate.
Mike served as an Army Field Artillery Officer for seven years after graduating from the United States Military Academy in 1989. While in the Army, Mike served in a variety of front line leadership and staff roles, and he deployed to Operation Desert Shield / Desert Storm with the 24th Infantry Division out of Fort Stewart, GA. He also served as a gunnery instructor at the United States Army Field Artillery School.
Outside of work, Mike has served in a variety of community and ministry leadership roles. He and his wife Kim reside in the rural countryside outside of Cincinnati, Ohio with their three children.
Karen Galvin, Vice President – Process Improvement
Karen’s career at Bradley-Morris began in early 2017 as a promotion to her current role after the successful integration of Bradley-Morris’ CivilianJobs.com subsidiary into RecruitMilitary.
Karen joined RecruitMilitary in 2003 as a Marketing Coordinator for candidate aggregation for their main product: Hiring Conferences. As RecruitMilitary transitioned their business from contingency to career fair events in early 2006, Karen served as the Director of Events, Logistics & Marketing seeing to the successful launch of that new product line. From there, Karen went on to serve as Director of Marketing, Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant to the Presidents, and finally Vice President of Support Services.
Karen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Northern Kentucky University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Miami University of Ohio. She currently resides in Loveland, Ohio.
Kimberly Taylor, CPA, Vice President – Finance
Prior to her current role, Kimberly served on the finance team as the Accounting Manager and was later appointed to the role of Corporate Controller. Since then, she has led the team responsible for the management and direction of all financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. She collaborates with the executive team on strategic and operational matters related to budget, treasury, cost benefit analysis, and strategic direction.
Kimberly earned degrees in Accounting and Spanish from Berry College. After graduation, she joined the audit department of a regional public accounting firm and obtained her CPA credential. Raised in an Air Force family, Kimberly calls Georgia home where she resides in metro-Atlanta with her husband and children.
