Tim Best, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Tim is responsible for leading Bradley-Morris to achieve both its near- and long-term performance goals. An experienced Chief Executive Officer, Tim has a demonstrated history of leading private equity backed organizations in the human capital space and has led the company through two acquisitions and subsequent integrations. He has a wealth of Business Development, Operations Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Sales Management experience. Prior to his current role, Tim also served as COO and SVP of Sales for Bradley-Morris.

Tim transitioned to Bradley-Morris from the U.S. Army where he was an AH-6 Special Operations Aviation Pilot in Task Force 160, becoming one of the youngest mission-qualified pilots in unit history.

Tim graduated with a degree in business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He resides in Chesapeake, VA, with his wife and children.

Craig Griffin, Partner & MBA Veterans Network Executive Director

Prior to leading Bradley-Morris business development, Craig served in a succession of positions of increasing responsibility including candidate recruiter, regional operations manager, vice president and senior vice president of operations. During this time, he was tapped to launch and lead the IT/Telecom division of Bradley-Morris as well as heading the Atlanta officer division.

Craig was recruited to join Bradley-Morris after a distinguished career as an Army aviator with the 101st Airborne Division. During his service, Craig earned the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Airborne Badge and Air Assault Badge, and was qualified to fly the UH-1 Huey, the OH-58 A/C Kiowa and the AH-1 Cobra.

Craig graduated from Furman University with a degree in business. He holds the Certified Personnel Consultant designation and resides with his wife and children in Milton, GA.

Larry Slagel, Chief Operating Officer

Larry was responsible for leading the business development efforts at RecruitMilitary as Senior Vice President of Sales prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer of Bradley-Morris. After joining RecruitMilitary in 2001, he helped lead RecruitMilitary’s Professional Services product line, which included developing recruiters and sales representatives as well as developing their industry leading Veteran Career Fair product line.

Larry graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and served as an Armor officer & Officer Selection Officer (OSO) while in the Marine Corps.

Dale Young, Chief Financial Officer

Dale was appointed as CFO of Bradley-Morris/Recruit Military in January 2020 bringing 20 years of financial leadership to the organization. In his role, Dale leads the Accounting, Financial Planning, and Human Resources teams. Prior to joining BMI, Dale spent the last four years living and working internationally in Dubai, U.A.E. with The First Group, a leading international development, hotel and restaurant company where he served as the SVP – Finance & Administration.

Previously Dale spent four years with Diamond Resorts International where he championed the Operations Accounting team that financially managed a portfolio of 60 resorts across North America, the Caribbean and Mexico. Before his tenure with Diamond, Dale held various Accounting and Financial Planning leadership roles with The Ritz Carlton Club and Marriott Vacations Worldwide. In his last assignment, Dale spent two years in Dubai as the VP – ME managing MVR’s Middle East Region Operations.

Before relocating to Dubai, Dale served as the VP-Business Planning & Asset Management – Europe, ME & Asia participating in the Planning, Roll-Out and Asset Management for projects in the region. Prior to Marriott, Dale spent the previous four years with Universal Studios Orlando where he served as the Controller for Universal’s CityWalk, a multi-brand entertainment, restaurant and retail complex.

An active Certified Public Accountant, Dale is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, the University of North Florida and Tulane University with degrees in Accounting and History and is a former scholarship-collegiate tennis player. Along with his wife and two sons the family resides in Williamsburg, VA.

Mike Francomb, Chief Technology Officer

Prior to joining Bradley-Morris to lead technology strategy, Mike served in a variety of senior leadership roles at RecruitMilitary. Mike joined RecruitMilitary in its start-up phase in 1998 because of his passion to serve veterans and expand his experience in a start-up environment.

Since joining RecruitMilitary, Mike has held key senior leadership roles in sales, recruiting, business and event operations, marketing, and most recently strategic business development. He has worked with some of the company’s largest clients to develop and deliver strategic military veteran recruiting initiatives and has led the formation of some of the largest partnerships for RecruitMilitary.

Prior to joining RecruitMilitary, Mike pursued an entrepreneurial real estate venture in Orlando, FL. He spent two years there building a business that acquired and redeveloped small commercial and residential real estate.

Mike served as an Army Field Artillery Officer for seven years after graduating from the United States Military Academy in 1989. While in the Army, Mike served in a variety of front line leadership and staff roles, and he deployed to Operation Desert Shield / Desert Storm with the 24th Infantry Division out of Fort Stewart, GA. He also served as a gunnery instructor at the United States Army Field Artillery School.

Outside of work, Mike has served in a variety of community and ministry leadership roles. He and his wife Kim reside in the rural countryside outside of Cincinnati, Ohio with their three children.

Jennifer Hines, Chief of Staff

Jennifer is a member of the Executive Management Team and, as Chief of Staff, is a strategic partner supporting the CEO with effective decision-making, project management, business stakeholder relationship development, and execution of company strategic initiatives.

She joined the company in 2006 as the Vice President of Operations and New Business Development for Essential Events, a newly formed subsidiary of the parent company.

In 2017, when Bradley-Morris acquired RecruitMilitary, Jennifer was promoted to Vice President of Events overseeing all logistical planning for the company. In 2020, Jennifer was promoted to Executive Vice President overseeing all RecruitMilitary product fulfillment and events.
Prior to joining the company and standing up Essential Events, Jennifer was an independent consultant to Meeting Solutions, Inc. based in Carmel, California and later operated a satellite office in Chesapeake, VA.

Her career began in Washington, D.C., as a Legislative Assistant to a U.S Congressman. She then served as Government Relations Director and lobbyist for the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM) before marrying into the Navy and joining the ranks of milspouses.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond. She resides in Norfolk, VA with her husband, a retired Naval Officer and current civil service employee for the U.S. Navy, and enjoys spending time with their three grown sons.

Dana Kenyon, Executive Vice President, Marketing

Dana is a member of the Executive Management Team who leads the Marketing Team as Executive Vice President. In this role, Dana enjoys working with her multi-faceted department that includes public relations, partner relations, employment services, digital marketing, research and content development. The marketing team strives to empower the military community through meaningful career opportunities by connecting with veterans and employers through a variety of communication touchpoints.

Dana joined RecruitMilitary in 2008 and has worked in various roles within the organization providing her deep knowledge of the inner workings of processes. She was a key contributor to merging brands as the Director of Marketing through the acquisition of RecruitMilitary by Bradley-Morris in 2017. Dana was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in 2019. In 2021 under Dana’s continued leadership, the Marketing Team grew by merging multiple departments together creating a more streamlined effort for the business.

What truly fuels Dana’s passion for her work is finding ways to improve the collaboration and delivery of a concise brand presence and message for the RecruitMilitary team. She particularly enjoys the use and implementation of data and analytics that allow her to critically and transparently review projects and determine the impacts made.

Prior to joining the organization, Dana worked in several marketing roles in a variety of industries including, publishing, finance and the government sector.

Dana has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and large extended family north of Cincinnati, Ohio.
