Tim Best, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Tim is responsible for leading Bradley-Morris to achieve both its near- and long-term performance goals. Prior to his current role, Tim also served as COO, SVP client services, regional operations manager and candidate recruiter. He set the standard for a number of Bradley-Morris candidate recruiting records, and eventually relocated to Norfolk to launch Bradley-Morris’ facility there.

Tim transitioned to Bradley-Morris from the U.S. Army where he was an aviator in the 82nd Airborne, logging time in the AH-64 Apache and winning two Top Gun awards. He also served in the Special Operations Aviation Unit, Task Force 160, flying the AH-6, becoming one of the youngest mission-qualified pilots in unit history.

Tim graduated with a degree in business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He resides in Chesapeake, VA, with his wife and children.

Craig Griffin, Chief Business Development Officer

Prior to leading Bradley-Morris business development, Craig served in a succession of positions of increasing responsibility including candidate recruiter, regional operations manager, vice president and senior vice president of operations. During this time, he was tapped to launch and lead the IT/Telecom division of Bradley-Morris as well as heading the Atlanta officer division. Craig was recruited to join Bradley-Morris after a distinguished career as an Army aviator with the 101st Airborne Division. During his service, Craig earned the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Airborne Badge and Air Assault Badge, and was qualified to fly the UH-1 Huey, the OH-58 A/C Kiowa and the AH-1 Cobra.

Craig graduated from Furman University with a degree in business. He holds the Certified Personnel Consultant designation and resides with his wife and children in Milton, GA.

Bill Scott, Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Bill launched the marketing department at Bradley-Morris and created the foundation for the company’s strategic marketing and sales support efforts. During his tenure, the marketing and communication initiatives under his direction have contributed to consistent revenue growth at the parent company as well as with Bradley-Morris’ related lines of business. Prior to Bradley-Morris, Bill served on the management teams of a number of metro-area technology and services businesses.

Bill graduated with a B.S. in electrical engineering from Tennessee Tech University. He resides in metro-Atlanta, GA, with his wife and daughter.

Jake Hutchings, Vice President of Client Services

Prior to leading BMI client services, Jake served in a succession of positions of increasing responsibility including BMI Client Partner, Director of CivilianJobs.com, and General Manager of CivilianJobs.com, BMI’s subsidiary. During his time as a Client Partner, he was responsible for more than 150 placements of military job seekers into civilian careers and was recognized as Rookie of the Year, Top Billing Consultant and Employee of the Year. As the General Manager of CivilanJobs.com, Jake oversaw double digit-growth and received recognition as Branch of the Year by percentage.

Jake spent four years in the United States Army, including a 14-month deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom before joining Bradley-Morris. His last active duty assignment was as a Cavalry Officer in the 3ID division at Fort Stewart, GA. Jake has a BA from Assumption College in Worcester, MA.

Michael Arsenault, Vice President of Candidate Services

Prior to this role, Michael served as Recruiter and Regional Operations Manager, and Director of Candidate Services. Having joined Bradley-Morris in 1999, he has over 17 years of experience in recruiting and preparing top military talent for corporate opportunities. He is personally responsible for over 2,100 military officer placements with BMI clients.Michael transitioned to Bradley-Morris after having served in the U.S. Army where he obtained the rank of Field Artillery, Captain. During his four years of service, he served as Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Fire Direction Officer and Fire Support Officer in 4-42 Field Artillery, 4th Infantry Division in Fort Hood, Texas.

Michael received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. While there, he won the Colonel Brooks Award, was named a Distinguished Military Graduate and graduated with honors. He resides in Kennesaw, Georgia, with his wife and children.

Scott Hamilton, General Manager of the Central States Region

Scott’s career at Bradley-Morris began as a Candidate Recruiter in the Norfolk, Virginia office. He relocated to Austin, Texas, when he was promoted to Regional Operations Manager, and was then later selected to be the Branch Manager of the Austin Officer Division.Prior to joining Bradley-Morris, Scott was a Field Artillery Officer in the 1st Cavalry Division where he served as a Targeting Officer in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom I, and later served as a Platoon Leader in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom II for which he was awarded the Bronze Star. Following his military career, Scott worked as a Logistics Manager for the nation’s third-largest publication printer.

Scott is a graduate of the United States Military Academy where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering. He resides in the Austin area with his wife and children.

Torrey Searles, General Manager, Atlanta Office

Torrey has devoted most of his energy to overseeing sales and operational growth since 2012. Torrey joined the company in March of 2011 as a candidate recruiter out of our Norfolk office and has also served as a branch manager and regional operations manager.Torrey’s previous experience includes five years in the U.S. Army as a Field Artillery Officer where he spent time as an FSO, Company Commander and several operations positions at the battalion and brigade levels. He also spent five years working for Target where he gained experience in distribution, headquarters and store side operations.

Torrey graduated with a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He resides in Kennesaw, GA with his wife and children.

Chris Williams, General Manager of the Norfolk, VA Office

Prior to his current role, Chris served in a succession of positions of increasing responsibility including Medical Candidate Recruiter, Officer Candidate Recruiter, Branch Manager, Regional Operations Manager and Director of Staffing. Chris assumed leadership of the Norfolk Officer region in 2005 and built that branch into the perennial top billing branch in the company before eventually being promoted into the GM role for the entire office.Chris was recruited to join Bradley-Morris after entering BMI’s program as a transitioning junior military officer. During his time in the U.S. Army, he distinguished himself as a graduate of the Initial Entry Rotary Wing (Aviation) school, Airborne school and Air Assault school.

Chris earned undergraduate degrees in American Legal Studies and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He was also a multiple varsity-letter winner and a member of the dean’s list. Chris resides in Chesapeake, VA with his wife and children.

Kimberly Taylor, CPA, Corporate Controller

Kimberly joined the finance team at Bradley-Morris in 2011 as the Accounting Manager and was appointed to the role of Corporate Controller in 2013. Since then, she has led the team responsible for the management and direction of all financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. She collaborates with the executive team on strategic and operational matters related to budget, treasury, cost benefit analysis, and strategic direction.

Kimberly earned degrees in Accounting and Spanish from Berry College. After graduation, she joined the audit department of a regional public accounting firm and obtained her CPA credential. Raised in an Air Force family, Kimberly calls Georgia home where she resides in metro-Atlanta with her husband and son.
